Shabby and Chic is characterized for searching the perfect space in each type of events. Spaces with personality, different and exclusive locations for the needs of the client. Singular places for dinners, corporate events, meetings, incentives, conventions, audiovisual productions… In this new Shabby and Chic´s experience, our professionals team organized a meeting for Sitel company in Seville. It attended all its employees who managed the Orange´s commercial line, the telecommunications company. With more than 1000 attendees, the chosen space for its celebration was Rio, which can hold this number of people.
The main goal of this day for Orange team was to communicate the new business axis line and encourage the best sellers, as well as promote the values of the company. Our team was responsible for the management of the whole event, from the selection of the space to the catering service, through the creation of the audiovisual and furniture infrastructures, hostesses, cloakroom, etc.
The versatility of Rio was the main reason in the choice of the venue. With capacity for 2000 people and possibility of access by boat, with its own pier, it becomes the ideal location for these kind of events.
The space has a large hall that we used as a plenary room, with the projection on a large wall inside it. On the wide platform that supports the facade, which serves as a balcony to the Guadalquivir River, we performed the cocktail catering service with Wondercat catering, a gastronomic agency specializing in corporate events, which created a modern cocktail with different snack corners designed exclusively for Orange.
The easy access in public transport and private parking for guests collaborated to make this event a success.
The industrial and modern space went together with the attitude of attendees, who enjoyed a corporate day in one of the most avant-garde spaces in Seville.
