A palace house of historicist style designed by the architect Jacobo Galí Lassaleta in 1904. A space that is detached from the traditional Sevillian courtyard house acquiring the style of the French bourgeois house, being a beautiful rarity in the heart of Seville.

In the neighborhood of La Judería and surrounded by the most characteristic enclaves of the city, this place is an ideal place to travel back in time through its spaces and its surroundings. The palace house consists of three different spaces connected by large wooden and glass doors, adapted to different uses and needs.

The Skylight Room is an original courtyard with a glassed-in patio with its own luminosity, creating a special and very characteristic atmosphere. This room can hold up to 70 people for cocktails.

Finally, the Projection Room, a space equipped with sound and audiovisual equipment, prepared to serve as an auditorium for 30 people seated.

As a whole, the contemporary lighting and furnishings of the rooms contrast with the classic lines of the building, giving it a personality of its own. In addition, the palace house has an independent office fully equipped and connected to a garage with loading and unloading capacity for small vans.
