Fábrica 37 is an industrial warehouse located in a special place in Seville. A contemporary and international space that merges with urban art.
A 1937 factory that reinvents itself in an industrial and diaphanous space divided into different areas. Nowadays it still preserves the vestiges of that last century factory and that became a benchmark of the city of Seville. A space with more than 1,500 m2 converted into a huge platform for leisure, gastronomy and culture.
A space where deconceptualize to the attendee and submerge in an innovative, avant-garde and international site where to make film, television or advertising shoots, as well as corporate events, showroom or tastings.
Fábrica 37 is a multipurpose venue of about 700 square meters, with access and complementary or independent functioning of the different areas. It can host any type of event, presentation, communication actions … With a capacity of 70 people in cocktail format in the principal room.
