Corten House is located in the heart of Seville, in a neighborhood characterized by its Andalusian regional architecture houses. However, is not like the others: it has a character that makes it unique.
This unique venue, recently renovated and conditioned, allows to develop any type of event. Its interior architecture has been transformed into a modern space, where each room is ornamented with sculptures made by hand from Corten steel, which make it a very exclusive space.
The ground floor has 60 m2. If we go inside, we find a pergola with different types of tree leaves of the same material, which generates a natural shadow that is similar to the original tree, creating an atmosphere unmatched to your event. It has also a patio with a swimming pool, perfect for summer evenings.
The interior of the house has plenty of natural light due to its large windows. In terms of interior spaces, it has a living room, two dining rooms, a bathroom and a very modern kitchen that allows the recording of advertising spots, showcooking, shootings …
This location has a capacity of up to 90 people, perfect for developing private events with special characteristics.
Thanks to its environment and the corners it manages to offer, it is the perfect location for small work meetings, product presentations, shooting, showrooms, advertising spots … since it is located in a unique place with a lot of personality to organize any type of event.
