BAT Group celebrates its graduation ceremony in our Fidelio Palace

In November 2022, our Shabby&Chic team was fully involved in organising the Graduation Ceremony of the BAT Group (British American Tobacco), alongside the Madrid-based agency Grupo Talentum.

From the moment they handed the briefing to our Shabby&Chic team, we got to work searching for the perfect venue that would meet all the requirements to host an event of this magnitude, under three of our fundamental principles: a unique venue that breathed the essence of Seville, a multifunctional space adaptable for each stage of the event, and finally, a space located and integrated in the heart of the city connected to the hotel and the main restaurants that the program hosts.

The BAT Staff Academy 2.0 graduation ceremony is held annually nationwide, as the culmination of a series of training programs offered by BAT to its associates in the tobacco sector.

The event started at noon with an initial cocktail, bringing together all the participants and welcoming them to our emblematic venue, the Fidelio Palace. After this first contact, the participants moved to one of the most impressive halls of this venue, where the graduation ceremony and award ceremony took place for participants who had successfully completed the program.

To do this, we dressed up our Fidelio Palace, personalizing every corner with decorative lighting, corporate totems, 3D scenography labeled and personalized with the brand’s colors, with our latest audiovisual technology, and a Cabaret setup to give the atmosphere a laid-back style.

We also surprised all the guests with the presence of journalist and writer Anne Igartiburu, who gave a motivational speech that captivated the guests. Taking advantage of the launch of her latest book: ‘Life begins every day’, Anne Igartiburu also surprised the guests with a book signing and distribution, at the end of the meeting.

The day ended with a gala dinner at one of the city’s Michelin-starred restaurants, where they could enjoy a pairing and tasting of the best haute cuisine dishes.
