Almacen 19 is a new industrial space in Seville for holding events. It is part of a number of dependencies and warehouses located in the port area of Seville. These warehouses were built for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929, to host those countries that did not count with their own pavilions. They were meant to become stock warehouses afterwords on the initial project.
Presenting a new, avant-garde location in a central area of Seville, right on the river. The facility clearly stands out among maritime competitors, but its location, near Seville’s historic district, demanded an addition of architectural quality that would create a connection between the port and its urban surroundings.
A new and emblematic place for Seville, J. Mayer’s Metropol Parasol is a laminated wood structure which adds interest to the Plaza de la Encarnación, in the heart of the city. In addition to providing shade over the entire plaza, the structure is actually a four story complex which houses several businesses as well as an urban lookout point.

The Gold Workshop is an industrial space in the centre of Seville, providing ideal facilities for hosting events and presentations for up to 100 guests. This 19th-century building, the oldest workshop in Seville that is currently in use, is home to a team of craftsmen and women who are breathing new life into Andalusian goldwork, a trade that traces back over 1,000 years. Created upon the construction of the Seville Metropol Parasol structure, the Antiquarium is a 4,500 square meter underground space featuring 1st century fish salting factory, various Roman villas from the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th centuries, a 4th century Visigothic house, and an 8th century Islamic house.
This multiuse warehouse is located in the Portuaria or harbor zone of Seville, in the center of the city and features an open space with a variety of possibilities and uses.
